Forest Electric New York furnished and installed the complete power infrastructure for Societe Generale’s new 552,000 square foot, state-of-the-art trading facility at 245 Park Avenue. 

The systems we installed accommodated 1,500 traders working on the third, fourth, and fifth floors of the building. To help ensure seamless operations during a power failure, each desk was equipped with redundant power. 

Our team furnished and installed the following systems:

• Uninterruptable power supply
• Power distribution
• Custom plugmold strips for each trading desk
• Employee café
• Fire alarm
• State-of-the-art lighting and controls
• Standalone dimming systems
