Forest Electric New York furnished and installed a new telecommunications and power infrastructure, access control security, and sound masking systems at L’Oréal’s new state-of-the-art office space.
Our team provided project management and supervision services, achieving early turnover of the new main information technology (IT)/telecom distribution room and intermediate distribution rooms for each new office floor.
We furnished and installed the following systems and equipment:
- IT and telecom cabling infrastructure system
- State-of-the-art access control security, video surveillance, and sound masking systems
- Under floor electrical wiring
- Custom light fixtures
- Integrated lighting controls
- Redundant power system with two 200-kilovolt-amp uninterrupted power system modules
We also completed fit outs for both the professional salon suite and company store, featuring:
- Recessed light fixtures
- Hair dryers
- VIP room for photo shoots
- Decorative light fixtures in a cloud ceiling design
- Designated power supply for point-of-sale computer system
- Finally, we built out a 26,000 square foot commercial kitchen, installing an equipment monitoring control system and two heavy duty dishwashing rooms.
