Terence oversees the project operations team, which provides cutting-edge electrical, voice, and data communication technologies. His responsibilities include reviewing all project activities, maintaining site safety, monitoring schedules and budgets, and working with job superintendents to help manage labor and materials.

In his 20-plus years of industry experience, Terence has acquired a substantial body of project-management expertise. Drawing from this knowledge, he helps his team effectively manage jobs from startup through final closeout and billing.

Expertise

Terence began his career as a Serviceman before working his way up to Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager positions. He joined Forest Electric New York (Forest NY) as a Project Manager in 1999, quickly advancing to Assistant Vice President and then Vice President. In July 2017, he was promoted to his current position.

Terence holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the State University of New York at Old Westbury and has completed additional coursework at Nassau Community College and Baruch College. Terence is trained and certified to install and service copper and fiber systems capable of running over ten gigabytes, and has participated in manufacturer-provided training for brands such as Corning Fiber, SYSTIMAX, Berk-Tek, Ortronics, Siemens, Panduit, Leviton, and more.

The Personal Side

When he isn’t working, Terence enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. Terence also plays golf, bowls, and coaches his children's baseball, soccer, football, and softball teams.
